Refund Policy

To ensure that your purchase goes as smoothly and quickly for you, we offer a 45-day return policy on all stock items. Custom items such as custom heights, angles, etc., are non-refundable.

All returned items will be subject to inspection. Due to its nature as a finished product, all stainless steel must be reconditioned/re-polished before being sold.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a full refund upon the return of the item in its original condition. Items that show signs of wear or use (e.g., no original packaging, lights scratches, etc) may be subject to 20% restocking fees; Items that show deep scratches or equivalent damage will not be refunded as they can’t be resold.
